Airtel has been activating paid service and charging from customer without any request from customer

Hi,

I have been using airtel prepaid no. 8757867727 (Bihar circle) for last 8 months.

In past 2-3 days airtel people are activating the value added services and balance is getting deducted from my mobile. However, i have not requested for any service.

When i called the customer care people they are blaiming customer that customer has requested for service but this is totally wrong. After few minutes hot discussion they said that ok, your balance will be credited back and such thing will not be repeated.

Again, on next day 35 Rs. have been deducted from my account and i have got a message like internet service pack has been activated on your mobile as per your request. However, i have not requested the same.

This is pathetic and very wrong practice Airtel are doing.
