LAVA A16 Not up to the Mark

I Have purchased LAVA A16, Mobile Handset with IME: number 910509300907523 from Poorvika Mobiles Privated Limited, Virugambakkam Branch, Chennai on 17.08.2012 with Invoice number 5652,

The same day of Purchase while trying to operate the Handset after 15 minutes of usage i have found the LSK and RSK are not working properly and making noice when pressing it,

When i contacted the people at show room i was told that it will be like that only which i did not expected,

This to inform that either if this was a manufacturing defect the company should realise that and should supply better quality of Goods instead of misguiding Public
