Actualy main kuch din pahele Dainik jagaran name ka ek news paper me yea ad. dekha tha aur usme diya hua contact number pe call kiya tha ,apne loan k liye apply karne ke liye,the contact number is 08813915752.then koi ROHIT SHARMA ke name se ek employe se mera baat hua and wo mujhe loan apply ka sara procidure bataye and mujhe mera documents following mail id pe mail karne bole..the mail id is [email protected],sath me wo apna address bhi diye ,the address is :-icici finance ltd,44b 4th floor,lawrence & mayo house,fort market,D.N road ,east mumbai..then main mail v kar diya,wo mere sara documents varify karne k liye 48hrs ka time liya. then wo 2 din baad mujhe call kiye aur bole ki apka loan approve ho gaya hai ,so sara paper ready karne ke liya ap mere ligal advisor ke bank account me 3500 rs deposit kar dijiye. (Ligal advs. name :- mr. Nitin bhalla, a/c. no. 32223000828 STATE BANK OF INDIA).so main 18-08-2012 ,sat day ko karib 11:30 me deposite kar diya ,aur diposite karne ke baad main unhe informe kar diya,wo bole they ki amount deposite karne ka within 1 hr. wo mere diye gaye account numver pe mera apply kiya hua loan amount ka half dal denge,aur baki ka amount within 2 days unke waha se koi employe mere diye gaye address pe aake sara paper work complate karne k baad de denge,but amount deposite karne ke baad wo mera loan amount ka half amount mujhe nahi diye aur wo bole ki unka MD koi NRI meeting me hai ,so wo jub v meeting se free hote hai tb unko signature karwa ke mujhe mera half loan amount de denge ,but pura din aise he wait karke chala gaya,fir jub main unko call kiya to wo mujhe bole ki aaj to sat day tha so bank band ho gaya ,ab apka kam monday ko he ho payega. main monday ka wait kiya aur jub main monday ko unko call kiya to pahele to wo bole ki 12 baje tk pake account pe apka loan ka half amount aa jayega ,but 12 baje ke baad wo bolne lage ki mera loan pass karwane ke liye unka MD 10000 rs ka demand kiye hai. main jb 10000 rs dene se mana kar diya aur mera paisa refund ka baat kiya to wo cancelation ke liye ek mail karne bole aur 2 din baad mujhe bata diya jayega ki mera 3500 rs kab tak refund hoga.aj jub main 2 din bad unko call kiya yea janne ke liye ki mera refund ka ky hua to wo bat ko ghumane lage aur jub mane unko bahut jada force karne lage yea janne ke liye ki mera paisa refund kb tk hoga to wo bahut rur behave kiye ,mujhe gali diye aur bole ki “tum kaun ho ,main tumko nahi pahechanta,kis chiz ka paisa ,jo karna hai karlo hum koi paisa nahi dende etc.etc. ” then mujhe damki dene lage ki wo mujhpe case karega.
