Deduction

Location/place: Vallikunnam/Kerala

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular Limited

For a week or so, there was continuous deduction of amount upon charging idea prepaid. I registered my complaint on 19/8/2012, calling 198 and got response as,
Dear Customer,
your concern for incorrect deduction has been resolved successfully with the charge being reversed. SR No.1 – 26781344722. I have not received that amount back. It was told by the executive that will take 24 hours, but it has gone beyond 24 hours and no amount got credited back to me. I am a common man where for me even a 50 paisa is important. Such unnecessary deduction is hurting a lot. Now, there is no response upon calling 198. Simply gets message, all our executives are in another call, please call toll free…… Please do the needful.
