Dear Sir,
I have been using Tikona Brodband for internet service. Over period of time I was not able to get the connectivity. I have tried a lot to reach the customer care people and I gave a disconnection request. The company has given me a bill for what I have not used the services. when I contacted the Customer care People they told to ignore the bill since the disconnection is in progress. Now after the due date they are asking me to Pay bill. I am feeling being harashed by this kind of behaviour of TIKONA
