Hi,
I had given my mobile HTC desire HD for repair in sathyam communications Noida ( UP ) for repair. They said it will have to be send to Flextrnics so that it is fixed and tol;d me that you will get it back in within 15 days. I called them up several times they said its not with them and is with HTC service centre and we are only collection point.
Then after few visits they asked me to call HTC technical care helpline where in i called and they said within 2 days it will be delivered to collection point.
Then I again called up two days later and they say its still in repair mode and we can not help it, coordinate with collection point. I again visited cllection point but they again said same thing that phone is with flextrinices and as soon as it is send to us we will let you know. I again called up HTC technical care and they said phone is showing to be ready to be delivered for collection point and you shall contact them in 1 day.I again visited the collection point but again sam ething. I asked for a direct communication with the HTC gurgaon where the phone was sent and they said we can only contact them and you can not. I said please email them that i want my phone back and now its 20th august almost a month and i still have not received my phone.This is really shamefull on all the parties specially HTC and Sathyam communications Noida.I regret buying anything from HTC and will never repeat or recomment HTC to anyone.
