Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that after months of of follow up with your Franchisee Store & with you the problem was sorted out by getting New shoes & other Merchandise.
But I am sorry to to state that the replacement shoes supplied to me by your Franchisee M/s. Shurh Shree Mercandise Pvt.Ltd Sector IV,Salt Lake,Kolkata vide their
Invoice no. 699 dated 01/08/2012 have performed even worse. They did not even last for two weeks . The entire spiked ribber soles have come out & the pasting has also gone bad.
One can never expect a Reebok shoe worth Rs.3599.00 to perform so badly. I was forced to take the shoes back to your Franchisee only to get further harassment.
1. Your farnchisee sales person first asked me to come in the evening as the Manager of the Store was not present.
2. Then he refused to take back the shoes & give a proper receipt.
3. Neither he has taken record of the complaint & merely gave me the mail Id of the Customer Care for lodging a complaint.
Having bought a pair of shoes from Reebok has become a continous harassment & nightmare for me.
I have decided that I will not go back to your franchisee store to face bad behaviour, if at all the shoes is replaced by you,the same has to be delivered at my address.
Last but not the least ,if the problem is not sorted out to my satisfaction this time finally,the matter will not only be reported to the Press & media ,but at the same time I will definately refer the matter to Consumer Forum for suitable legal recourse for a remedy.
Earlier also I had requested you to mail me your Company policy regarding such complaints but you have just kept a silence.

I had purchased a Pair of Shoes in Discount Sale from your Store : Shurh Shree Mercandise Pvt.Ltd,Q-423 Sukanta Nagar ,Salt Lake,Sector -IV,Kol-700098
on 13/01/2012. The Shoe was of the value Rs.3299.00 & after discount I paid Rs.1650.00 to purchase the same.
After about 2 months time i.e. on 16/03/2012 I returned the shoe to the store as the Pasting had gone bad for the right shoe .
On return I was informed that I will get the replacement or the refund within 15days time, but after more than a month of follow up I was issued a Credit Note for Rs.1650.00 by the store
& were told we can buy anything of this amount as & when we want to.
Recently again there is a Sale going on at the said store again & I visited the store to purchase some merchandise.
After I had selected the items & then presented the Credit Note issued to me,I was surprisingly told by the person at the Store that I cannot avail the Credit Note in a sale .
He also told that the Credit note can be utilised only for MRP Merchandise.
I am quite sure that this is not the correct information. When I have returned the Goods & you have issued me the Credit Note for the Amount of Rs.1650.00 & not Rs.3299.00
So why I cannot utilise the Credit Note for the sale merchandise.
I request you to kindly look into the matter & sort out the matter & I shall have no other option left but to take legal recourse with the Consumer Court.
