What the hell BSNL stealing recharge amount!!!!

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: BSNL

I have Topped-Up my BSNL no. 9477327389 with Rs.270/-.I should get Rs.240/- as my main account balance but I was getting Rs.0.00 as my main account balance.I have also received the recharge confirmation sms written “u/r BSNL a/c is credited with Rs. 270 as Topup from 160998 on 19/08/2012 at 03:38:13 PM hours. Ref No. 939449393.”.After that I logged a conplain on BSNL.They said that complaint has been taken and I would get my balance back soon.After that I Topped-Up my no with Rs.40/- and I have gotten the balance of Rs.33/- but the balance of previous topup has not been added to my account.Now on 20/08/2012,when I called Customer Care they are saying your problem has already been resolved and your balance has been added to your account and Customer Care Executive is saying that has can see the balance of my account as Rs.273/- .But I can only see Rs.33/- on my account as my main balance.What’s wrong with theire system?IS BSNL CONVERTED INTO A CHEAT FUND ORGANIZATION FROM GOVT. TELECOM COMPANY.WE INDIANS ARE NOT PUTTING OUR BLACK MONEY FOR OUR RECHARGE.THESE MONEYS ARE EARNED OUT OF BLOOD AND SWEAT.
