Dear consumer forum services,
This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a handset of the following details:
Model number: Micromax x600 gravity
color: black
Imei: 910528507417474/910528508417482
Date of billing: 15/02/2012
It has got a damage on its charging port(connector) and its been repaired. The details of repairing are followed:
Name of the service center: Support Media
Address: 60, B.T. road, 1st floor, Kolkata-700090
Repairing charge: 300/-
Date of repairing: 11/05/2012
Now the same problem occurred and being a reputed company why this things will happen?
Though service warranty is for 1 one month, but why the materials are too weak to use for more than 1 month.
I have not got any customer satisfaction from the company as well as the service center
Under such circumstances I would like to get proper service and customer satisfaction.
