Respected Sir,
I want to withdraw the kind attention regarding the poor service/treatment of the Tata Photon towards their customers/users. I am a user of Tata Photon device no. 9205074999 for last eight months….
My photon device is not working properly for last 20 days and I repeatedly called at their call center for look into the matter and check my device but all in vain… They continuously giving me excuses one to another and also giving me mental harassment for last 20 days……
Whenever I call at their service center they always told me cock and bull stories and told me that your device will be functioning properly in next 24 hours but nothing is happened till now…..
When I asked to them that I want to talk to their senior officer they hold my call for 15 to 20 minutes and asked me to stay online whether we transfer your call to the senior and then they cut my call…..
I first registered my complaint on 3rd August 2012 but they neither gave me my complaint number guided me properly regarding the matter…I again called them after two days but the same story is repeated…since then I called them so many times but all the time they gave excuses which is uncalled for…….
I also mailed my complaint to the [email protected] but nothing happened in the matter…
I request to your goodself kindly look into matter as soon as possible so that I will not able suffer more in future….
