I bought LG AC on 15th August 2011 in Viveks Showroom at Chennai, vadapalani branch.Then Viveks Person came & Instal my AC Wrongly.That time i dont know about this Wrong installation. Now i m getting water leckage problem.I raised complaint regarding this issue, but they are telling me to reinstall my AC to some other place,for that Reinstalling Charges is Rs.450.There is NO any clear clarification while i spoke with viveks persons. WHY I WANT TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE? THEY ARE FOOLING & CHEATING THE CUSTOMER.I WANT PROPER JUSTIFICATION.THIS ISSUE MAKES UNWANTED STRESS FOR ME, THEY SHOULD ANSWER FOR THIS EVERYTHING.
