I bought a new laptop from the dealer who is registered with ebay India and now some problem is their in my laptop for which i need to claim for warranty but when i call the dell customer support then they told me that my product is not registered with them but the bill provided to me by the dealer shows one year warranty and when I am calling to the dealer no. he does not pick my call too. please help
