Sir,I purchased new HP PAVILION DV6-6155TX on 14.01.2012, But to my
surprise Its Web Cam was showing Blue Black Picture So I called my dealer
on the very 2nd day about the problem He asked me to visit their showroom
and they will check it.When I visited the Showroom their Engineer
Reinstalled the Software and asked due to too much lightning in the
showroom it is showing picture like this Otherwise at home it will be
O.K.So we came back home.But *The Problem remain as it is*.I again ringed
them-and their answer was same.*Meanwhile We faced another* *problem of
shut down*.the laptop remain hanged for 5 to 6 hours.and forcefully we have
to switch off the power.The dealer asked us to lodge complaint with the hp customer care and your laptop will be replaced . I lodged complaint with them on 14 march,2012 and asked them to replace the note book narrating all the above problems , but they refuse to do so and asked that they will only repair the Laptop , but I insisted that laptop is faulty from the begining and within three months I faced so many problems with it. But they repaired the laptop assuring me that in future I will not face any problem , but on 04/08/2012 suddenly the Screen of the Laptop becomes black . I tried to lodge complaint with HP Customer Care with old ID no.4671415447 but they told me that they have not any record of this complaint , so please lodge fresh complaint . when I tried to lodge fresh complaint , they refused saying that serial no. is incorrect (Serial No. SCH1331P18 )So I visited local customer care shop with same serial no. and they asked me that LCD is not working and your LCD will be replaced. om 08/08/2012 they handover my laptop after repairing but again on 18/08/2012 the screen again turns black . Sir I want to replace my laptop as I have incurred Rs.50000/- but this piece has given me only tensions.
