I have made a online order on Timtara.com for purchase of PansonicZC20NKY T 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner on 27th July 2012 wide order no 10296900 but product is not delivered till now. When i had not received the delivery , I made a first request on 8th August 2012, and got a written assurance that my order will be delivered by 17th august 2012.
I kept quiet and waiting for delivery as they promised me to deliver the AC by 17th august when i have not received it, On 16th august again I wrote a mail to them but nobody from timtara had respond. Till then we didn’t lose hope and again called on 18th August and lodge a complaint of non delivery of AC against complaint no 45894 but unfortunately I didn’t get a concrete answer from them than again I wrote a mail to them but they are not responding
After so many follow up and daily mentally harassment we have really fed up with this then we decided to take a help of consumer court forum
