finally a 3dtv with andriod os & allsync which prompted us to buy the tv with full faith but unfortunately all went worst. we booked the tv 07072012 from vijaysales malad w with due faith at the words of (onida mr rupesh gholat & vijaysales mr ishwar ) the sales person. we insisted vijay sales for brand new onida tv( inr 41500) with brand new philips 3d bluray player (inr 7999) but when the consignment arrived at our place on 09072012 it was the same demo piece that we saw at vijaysales malad w on 07072012. we immediately visited vijaysales to check whether the tv & bd player is there on display but obvious it was not there. vijaysales says that is sold out making us fool when we opened the tv box the plastic cover was torn & back full of dust. we phoned vijaysales but very funny reply the tv is being removed to check at the warehouse before despatch. the tv was with offer saying 4 3d glasses which arrived only with 2 3d glasses & other 2 3d glasses received later. onida installation & demo guys & r&d were called for the same since issue with the tv but not able to rectify instead saying the tv is smart.. till date the matter is not resolved even after sending the tv to onida house to replace the new hardware which still is not up to the mark. we communicated with onida & vijaysales to give us the moneyback. but they r just prolonging saying the system if perfect on their side. since last two month the non working feature onida tv has harrassed our life to extreme. we dont wont to continue with the tv. kindly help us to resolve the issue by getting our money back from all this hurdles & pain. secondly regarding the bluray player from vijay sales the same displayed product with russian manual( meaning we need to learn russian to start with) & no tutorial cd & no registration card as mentioned in philips website. intimated vijaysales for the english manual & cd but no response. around 03 telephonic conference communication with onida & vijay sales with our personal visit at site has occurred finally vijaysales convincing us to wait till mon 20082012 1.30pm to resolve the issue. we kindly request consumer forum for moneyback help. still lot many things need to be said regarding the tv & bd player but short of words to be written. may be could say on phone the remaining if we could have a personal talk. thanks. goodday.
