as i am a blackberry user i have vodafone connectivity i have activated BIS weekly plan of RS100. From more than 15 days I have been having some issues with speed of the internet connectivity and bbm service for which I called up the customer care unit.I have talked with diffrent customer care executives evrytime. But my problem is still persisting. The internet and bbm connectivity and its speed shows maverick trends and fails at crucial times. I have called at least 7-8 times in last 15-20 days and yet i have not got any response from your side and am more or less convinced that either it is beyond your capacity to provide me with proper promised services or the company is not serious about it. Twice of time it also happened with me that your executive says me to be on hold and than they make me wait for 20 mins and dont come back again on line. In either case i decline to continue as a customer who willingly pays for your substandard services.company is not even ready to pay me back my charged amount of 200rs wch they charged for me and didnt provided appropriate service.Please look into my request seriously,.
