Complaint against Naaptol.com

I have placed an order (No # 4568639) on 1st Aug 2012 and after 14 days I haven’t received the product yet. The status “cargo ready” was displaying since Friday (03rd Aug 2012) till today. I called customer care many times but they don’t know where the product is and not sure when it will be exactly delivered. On 14th Aug, I called Naaptol again and ask them the status of my order , they said that they will need more days around 7-10 days to dispatch the product but not sure.

Then I decided to cancel the product and purchase the same from local market. After requesting the cancellation the order I had taken the cancellation complain number 3380264 and they said order will be cancelled within 24-48 hrs and amount will be revert within 10-15 days in my account. Next day I purchased the same product from local market.

Today (17-Aug-12) again I called the Naaptol customer care and ask them to share the status of cancellation, they again said it will take another 24-48 to cancel the order. I saw one article on this forum that Naaptol dispatch the product after requesting the cancellation request. Now I am also afraid the same.

I am felling so mentally tensed since couple of days after order through Naaptol.com. By the way this is my worst experience of Online shopping in my life.
