I bought a nokia phone on 24/09/2011 5 pm and after that I kept that phone for charge, next morning when I switched on the phone the phone was not working properly and touch screen panel was not responding. I called the shop owner and he told me to go to nokia care to sort the problem. I want to know is this why I bought a brand like NOKIA. I want a replacement for my phone>Please do the needful
