Excessive cost on food items and stationary.

I am a student of Srinivas Institute of Technology,valachil for two years.The rate of items they are selling in college canteen is increasing day by day.The cost at which they were selling items was above MRP rate much before.Now they are increasing it even more.Most of the students are suffering because of the hike in rate.The quality haven’t increased a bit but still they are increasing the rate.No student is able to raise their voice against management due to the fear of losing their degree.
The reason they are telling for the hike in price, is the transportation cost.But we are sure they are getting lot of illegal profit from it.So our request is that some immediate action should be taken on this issue.
