During our last visit at Rameswaram for advance hotel reservation I communicated with Mr. David(Hotel Sunrise View, Rameswaram) and conveyed him my check-in & check out time through mail as well on mobile phone (Room type: AC rooms, Check in : 03 July 2012 : 06 : 00 Am, Check out : 04 July 2012 : 08 : 00 PM). After his confirmation & assurance that it charged only for one room night I deposited full money for the advance booking. Hotel also confirms the booking against the mention check-in & check-out.
At the time of checkout Hotel Sunrise View people are start arguing and denying there previous confirmation mails saying there checkout time is 12:00 PM and they will charged for next day. Which they never told us previously, neither they mention about it nor revert during the room booking confirmation. After some time they start fighting with us and forcefully took the additional 1400.00 Rupees from us. All the documents of communication & confirmation mails, money deposit slip, bill of additional charge of 1400.00 rupees are with us as evidence of fraud/ cheating by Hotel Sunrise View, Rameswaram . We will going to complain against them in consumer forum & want to teach them lesson for this kind of fraud with costumers.
David & Hotel Sunsine View, Rameshwaram is biggest Cheater, Liar and Fraud hotel ever I seen my life, I never suggest any buddy to book room in Hotel Sunsine View, Rameshwaram.
