Selling the products more than MRP and not showing the details to the costumers

Name of company/service: Vaibhav Enterprises

Vaibhav Enterprises has sold me tiles for new house construction in Jammikunta, Karimnagar, AP.

Initially they told their prices verbally on displayd Item. I belived that they are telling true MRP and they told they giving some discounts on each varity.

I have paid my money and went home by telling them to deliver at home, the transpotation charges will be paid at home. But I have not check myself physically what actual MRP on those tiles boxes.

Once the material reached home, I saw the MRP which is printed on the boxes, then I have noticed that they have cheated me and charged me RS 110 per box extra than what the MRP printed by the company.

The same day I called him to ask what is this cheating. He said It will be like that and He denies to give any futher details.

Kindly can u help me to sort this problem.
