Not Given Holiday on national holidays

Name of company/service: Mahavir Enterprises

I am working in Mahavir Enterprises, shivaji nagar pune. This company is ISO certified company. As per company rule, the owner of the company or employer should declare holiday for employees on national holiday. But, our employer is never give holiday on national holidays.
