Sub:-Wrong Information By Reliance Customer Care

On 18th may’09 at 1300hrs some wrong information Given by Ms. baljeet from Reliance Customer care that your tariff plan of Rs.799 has been convereted of Rs.999 instaed of 799 which effect me to incremental of Rs. 200. The same never discussed with me over telcon. I am your old Customer and this is misleading to the customer & there is no such information given to me for taking my consent.
I have already loadged the complaint No. 99286551.
Request you to look into this matter and change my earlier plan i.e 799 and adjust my excess payment made Rs.200.
