Tata Indicom(CDMA) : Phone Disconnection Without Intimation

Hello,

I want to share with everyone an absolutely frustrating and disappointing service from TataIndicom. I have had a prepaid connection since last 3-4 years with TataIndicom. I even recharge my phone at least 5 times a month. However since 1 week am not able to make calls neither receive calls, whenever someone dials my number they get the message “Please check the number you have dialed”. I called up their customer service and after a wait of 10 minutes on two occasions finally got connected. The guy on the phone refused to help and hung up saying she can’t access my account and it has been permanently disconnected and I should contact the TataIndicom outlet. Is this the sort of service TataIndiccom gives to its customers? I went to the ahmedabad, shivranjani outlet the Customer Exe says : sir this number is not in our database and you will not get this number in prepaid you can get this in postpaid???? Disappointing at this stage and it being my primary contact number i said please check and let me know if i can get the same number in postpaid after asking me the number again & again the executive finally said “sir sorry this number is not available and its not in our database”. I really don’t understand what kind of services is this?

Nobody has been able to make me understand how can my account be deleted or permanently disconnected when I was using this number since 3-4 years.

Can anyone address this issue and make me explain???
