Roaming Issue

Dear Sir,

I am a postpaid customer of IDEA 9928035568 which I got recently MNP from Airtel.
Recently I visit to Jeddah for business purpose and asked for international roaming.
I moved to Jeddah on night of 20th July and returned on 23rd July.
The operator disconnected my number on 22nd July noon only without any intimation due to which I suffered a lot at business trip.

Also now they have generated bill of 90000Rs with 76000 at Roaming that too without any use.

When I spoke to their representative they told that I have used internet whereas I do not, when we asked for the detail. Reply from IDEA rcvd that they can not.

Also I ask them to visit my place and check all the mails I rcvd during this 1 day and acc to them the charges should be only 2-3000 only.

I am regular roamer and till the time I have never been charged so much with airtel with the same usage as done this time, evcen I did not used since my service got disconnected and I suffered a loss of approx 5lacs.

Please assist me in resolvinng the issue with IDEA.
