Intermitten Internet Connection

Location/place: Sunlight Colony, New Delhi

Name of company/service: MTNL

Sir,
I am using MTNL internet connection. My phone no is 011-26349076. I have been experiencing intermitten internet connection since May, 2012. I have called MTNL more than 50 times. They are not doing anything to resolve the issue.

Please suggest me what could I do in order to resolve this issue.
