had availed a Tata docomo connection in the month of September 2011 and I was provisioned with a connection Post paid Account Number 909595407
Post which I found I am not using the bandwidth I subscribed so converted my connection to Prepaid and before converting they had me clear all my bills and after which it was converted I got a confirmation on Dec6 my connection is converted against request number 288815737 photon wiz no 7204030536 post which I am getting calls to settle bills even after conversion a balance of 2420/- and a legal notice is issued I need help from Consumer forum to address this issue.
