Name of company/service: Axis Bank
An amount of Rupees 1000, debited from the account however cash not dispensed from the ATM machine.
It had been almost 2 months, the incident had happened however no reversals are made so far.

4. ATM Location: New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi, India

6. Complain# 1206034607
Similar type of issues had occurred with other bank ATM however the reversals were made within 24 Hours of the transaction made.
I used Axis Bank, debit card and in the Axis Bank, ATM machine. However it’s a dismay that no reversals made so far.
Please let me know if I need to furnish any other information pertaining to the complaint.
