complaint against micromax funbook

i have purchased my micromax funbook tablet on 13/4/2012. After 2 and a half month it stoped working as giving me hanging problem and wifi signal problem . i had submitted my micromax fun book at “INDER INFOCARE” on 9/7/2012 @ micromax service centre, janaka puri. till date i have not recieved my tablet its been 20 days till nw i had visited their service centre so many times and evertime the told me that ur tablet had been sent to head office for reparing . every time i visit there they are givinge me another date. micromax are harrasing me for my tablet which i had purchased for micromax . moreover i got the mail from micromax customer care the told me that they had escalated myn case to concerned team on priority basis the mail which i got from micromax is dated on 12 august 2012. but till now i had not recieved my tablet. i want my money back as well as u have to bear all the loss , as i was using the tablet for my business purpose. i want my money back .
