I bought a Ford Figo on May 2012. There was an offer when I bought it. On the date of purchase, after clearance of full payment, I won a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone which was confirmed by sms from Ford.
Ford committed that I would get the gift within 45 days. It has been more than 2 months and still I didn’t receive any.
When I call Ford, they say that the offer was valid if I got the delivery of the car within May 2012.
Isn’t it a faulty commitment and cheating???
If they had such terms, they intentionally delayed the delivery and cheating with the gift.
We, customers, are being cheated by such a renowned company in this manner.
We are helpless now and can’t do anything against them.
Please take necessary action against Ford India.
