Name of company/service: Tikona digital network
I applied for Tikona Internet connection on 11th July 2012 and paid 2300/-rs in advance to the company’s executive. Executive first went to the roof and checked network feasibility and said network in the area is just superb. And, services will be installed in 3 working days.
After 2-3 follow ups Company’s engineer came after 1 week and said network is not available in this area. He said that my money will be refunded in 15 days through cheque.
Since then i have called company’s customer care several times and i have’t got any satisfactory answer , when my money will be refunded. Calling customer care takes atleast 15 minutes to talk and provide them all the details.
Since i paid money in cash 2300 (which is big in my monthly budget) i could not apply for any other connection till now.
So the company not only tortured me financially but mentally too.
I want to ask why the hell the company takes the money if network is not available in the area.And even network is not available why would it take so much time to refund the money.
I want my money back with the interest and compensation.
