We have paid for the complete year in one go and have unlimited usage plan. We are using this broadband service since last many years but the service has been continuously degrading. Now we often don’t receive the internet service properly nor do we get the proper phone line service. We have complained to the BSNL around 100 of times but they do nothing for it. Kindly check the service availability and provide waivers for the duration in which the service isint available, but on priority please provide good and continuous service.
