Name of company/service: Airtel DTH
I recently opted for a-la-carte from Airtel. Total channel cost, according to their website in 325. But later i saw that total they chnaged me Rs 521/month.
Their logic is Rs 150 is mandetory charge (some thing like rental) and plus Rs 325 channel cost plus tax. I am surprised that even though i have taken a-la-carte but they are charging like package.
They are so shameless that they did not reply my email in which i asked itemized bill and explanation of the charges.
I decided to close their f****** service.
