unwanted service activation

Location/place: viman nagar, pune

Name of company/service: tata docomo gsm service

sir,
my mobile no is 7276297300 on which they have activated gprs Rs 65 plan without my request.
On contacting customer care no positive response is there giving silly excuses, my no is DND registered still they give the reason for service call or sms.
