I would like to give you brief information about my Case.
I have purchased LED TV from R K Music system from chinwad , Pune. The cost of the LED is 50500/-. while buying i paid 20200/- cash and Remaining by 30000/- by bajaj finance on easy EMI basis. i paid my amout and agreed to pay 2143/- P.M by 14 Months and i gave my all documents for process. After few days i got system generated mail from Bajaj finance in which they mentioned that EMI amount will be 3775/- for 8 Months . when i went raised issue with shop keeper he said there was mistake from Bajaj it will be resolve the issue before first installment deduct from your account. i agreed and waited for some time. After that i have got call from customer care ( after lodging complaint on web site ) and asked issue and assured me they will resolve the issue and 2143/- amount will be deduct from your account. But now i found that 3775/- amount has been dedcuted from my account.Now i asked the my bank to stop the EMI for the next month.
I dont know how to go with consumer court againts this Bajaj finace for complaint.
