made online payment for new connection but they are not giving the connection

i have made an online payment of rs 1240/-
on 01/08/12,but still they are not giving the connection or service.i have already made so many complain to the company and gave sufficient proof also about my payment,but their responce is very poor.they asume to give their service within 24 hours,but its going to be 8 days.
