Respected Sir,
I am SANKALITA BISWAS, a resident of West Bengal. I am a customer of TATA teleservices ltd.’s docomo network. My telephone number is 8017715774. I want to change my number through MNP from DOCOMO to VODAFONE . Therefore I have applied for MNP for two times. First time on 15th of july I have applied for MNP. But both service provider didnot cooperate me to change my number. Then next time I have again applied on 23/07/2012. The validity of my porting code is 07/08/2012. But after requesting both providers again and again they do not help me. They(DOCOMO and VODAFONE) blamed each other. Both of the provider is not ready to confess their mistake. DOCOMO ‘s statement about the problem is ” They can’t grant my request till then untill VODAFONE will request them to leave my number”. And VODAFONE’s statements is ” If DOCOMO does not leave my number they will do nothing about this problem and they can’t help me “.
So at present I am confused and helpless that what to do. Because, it’s very essential number to me. That’s why I am requesting you to take a strong action on this matter and help me as soon as possible.
