New Air Conidtioner not working and no refund after promising

Hi,

My Complaint number is 8441924612. I bought a Samsung Split Air Conditioner from Samsung Electronics.

The AC started to show problem in just 20 days after installation. The problem got resolved the first time. But after some time there was another problem with the IC then the problem was sorted in 10 days. The same problem rose again some time later. (model Number – AS185BBDNSTL, this is the model number which I got from the customer care)

I have applied for money refund after the 23 June complaint, but after 6 weeks of persistent calling I have lost the patience to deal with the company’s support and the response I get is

“Sir we have an internal issue which we will resolve first then your problem will be sorted”

I even wrote a mail to the company’s CEO, and got a return call. But the response was lackadaisical.
