Hi, I am using internet service from DNA Infotel, which is located in Virar for last one and half year. I have been facing internet connection problem frequently. But since last 4 days internet is not working. I have been following up with them but they are not solving the problem. I am fed up of calling them. Please help

But since last 7 days internet is not working and the service they are giving is worst than ever and even senior of that brance name Atul gives a rubbish answers to customers I have been following up with them but they are not solving the problem. I am fed up of calling them and hearing there excuses and non logical answers

I too have similar problem and these people really do not bother us. Initially they called up us so many times to get the connection and once they get money their behavious get changed. My connection is also not working since more than one month and I have caaled up more than 35 to 40 calls to customer care (Mahesh , Janavi , Shyam and others). Now we have to be united together should boycott such internet company. Whoever is reading this please do not opt for DNA internet , you will suffer a lot.
Even i am using DNA service is worst. I used vasai cabel net service for 10 months n i never complaint that my net is not working, but with DNA expirence is worst.
I agreed that DNA has good network compare to othets but they r lacking behind to satisfy customer need.
Always, they r facing fiber issue why they r not using good fiber, why they r not looking to improve his service. Once in a month is acceptable but 2-3 times in a week is not acceptable. We are paying money to them with tax and its our rights to get the service.
I will give u a simple solution , never go in for a 3 -6 month package and go in for the rs 253 ac/ with 5 gbs so if can quit with minimal loss in case u have to have internet, I know how poor their service is . They lie all the time and just don’t help us in distress. I had faced a 15 day w/o internet..my friend did too..they compensated me but not that poor chap, they are stealing our money..mass boycott full or partial is the solution guys. Buy internet dongles and use 2g/3g on your mobiles give this fake company a skip if u can …will save you from a lot of heartaches and headaches.

currently m using reliance netconn+ dongle whch z nt up 2 d mark at ol…darn slow!
I have been using dna for some time now and i must say that if one loves to shout, get frustated, get useless commitments, pathetic service you can get all this in one package by having an internet connection from DNA. Rest assured all the above things will come for free with internet that would not work for majority of the times.
DNA doesnot knows what customer service and i guess the word commitment does not even exist in their dictionary.
Whether you pay for 6 months anf take the lowest speed in their plan or the fastest you are sure to get the same speed (you see they dont differentiate between their customers).
The customer care / Managers / Whoever picks up the call will have the standard reply and u might sometimes come across someone from the organisation who would not even know how to talk to customer. (They make sure that the customer starts feeling ashamed to call them again and again with complaints)
SO if u want to have pathetic internet service and frustation as a compliment from DNA (Off course! shouting,useless commitments and sometime insults goes without saying) then do go for DNA infotel from virar.
