9953597014 Disconnect issue

Hi,

Its been a 1 year we have disconnected the Vodafone number# 9953597014 which is corporate number. In Oct 2011 we had filed a disconnected requested to Vodafone store at Karol Bagh Metro station. But after 3 months we get to know that we still own to pay Vodafone an amount of Rs 932.00 which is 3 months charges. at the time of disconnect we have already paid the total amount outstanding on the number with the balance of Rs 100 which due at the time of Oct2011. Customer care Executive Mr Monty said that there is no outstanding amount on this number now. in Oct 2011 we asked for NOC for the number, but he said it will take time and will be delivered to your home address which never received. again in Jan-12 we got calls from customer service and said that you still own 932 as outstanding amount. They disconnect our 2 other numbers because of outstanding amount. we went to Vodafone store again and asked them to reactivate the 2 numbers after a long mouth fight and same way said that NOC will come to your home in next 24 hrs which again never received/sent. few days back we had around 5 calls and harassing like anything to pay off the outstanding otherwise we disconnect other numbers. I had traveled in my pregnancy time to Vodafone store many times to get the issue resolved but all vain. from the Jan till date they Harassing to pay the balance on the number which is unbearable.

we are working in corporate world and we have to serve the customers as our god. but not sure what Vodafone is doing. This is not the case for me only there is a lot of customers who are suffering with the bad customer service.

Now we need to file a case of harassing against the Vodafone for this issue.

Please help and charge the good penalty for the same to Vodafone. we need your support for the same.

We have all the documents which every time they provided us for closer of the number.
