984197079 A/C No. TATA charge me tow month bill but i have already pay the previous bill by tata docomo online payment, which is not resisted with them.

Hi,
This is Rohan Gavkar, I have a service with Tata DoCoMo 984197079 A/C No., I have already pay the bill for the month of Nov-Dec which is Rs. 279. by Tata DoCoMo on-line portal but this payment was not registered with them but Rs. 279 deducted form my account. So this month TATA charge me Rs. 633 tow month bill Nov-Dec and Dec-Jan but I have already pay the Nov-Dec bill. they are not response me properly.
