This to inform you that TIME had not informed the student during their admission that they are planning to shift their venue for classes.
I am a (non local) student who joined this institute for campus recruitment training as it was just beside my hostel and I could attend its morning batch of 6:30 to 8:30a.m. But now after two weeks of classes the institute shifted to a new area which is around 2 to 3Km from my hostel. I had conveyance problem to attend the classes and could not afford to go by auto as daily charges of up down reaches to Rs80/- approximately.They offered me to attend the evening batch but I cannot do that because I already have other tuition at that time. I therefore had to quit my classes in TIME.
I requested the branch manager to refund my money as it was their fault of not informing the students during the time of admission about the change of venue for classes. But they are refusing to refund the money.

Students of the evening batch took strike against this so their batch’s venue was not changed. However I belong to the morning batch and am having problem but since there are not much students to support me so I can not do anything.

I am therefore bearing the loss of classes for recruitment practice as well as a loss Rs4900/-.I cannot bear this loss as my father is a cancer patient and I know how much trouble he is taking to finish our education.
I therefore kindly request you to please take some action against the institute so that in future any other student does not face such a problem.
