sir, I purchased a crazy fit massager bill no. 2762 from the Pragati Maidan exhibition on 27th November 2011. Due to some technical defaults , machine has stopped working. I have been continuously filing the complaint at the costumer care number given the bill memo. No action has been taken yet. now they have switched off their phones
