dear sir.
i have a postpaid connection of airtel last 2 years. in march month i got my gprs plan deactivated due to slow speed
.so the cutomer care guys call me upand said they gave me better speed if i restarted my gprs services. but in that they didnt tell me that my data plan has been changed to 1 gb instead of 2 gb.
so in may month i use my data paln and i get 1718rs. bill instead of 400rs .that was my normal bill ammount. i requested them to weaver my gprs ammount. but i am not satisfied wit their solution. so i need help
