i am using tata walky for more than 6yrs, i have shifted from post paid to pre paid one year back, there was problem with instrument,chennai Anna Nagar branch were not able to get serviced or provide new instrument. some how we have traced the availability & bought the instrument , we were not able to put in use. we have reported to Anna Nagar Branch for activation in spite 2 months they were not able activate the new instrument. our complaint No 529377 when i checked to day i found the status complaint solved ( closed ) but still the instrument was not activated.
