In last year I have received your Voucher nos.6674046 for free holiday resort booking for 3 days. I have applied on the voucher for Jodhpur booking from 17/9/2011 along with DD of Rs250/- in the second week of July,11, but I have not received any papers regarding this bookingeven after the end of September,11 I have to cancell my Railway Tickets for Jodhpur on last moment and incurd a loss of money.I have also recd your Voucher No. 6674046 for free Air Ticket for any destination as per your list and I opted for MUMBAI, AHMEDABAD & LUCKNOW During the month of Aug-Sept.. I have sent the voucher duly comleted in June,2011, but no Air ticket was received by me for any of above destinations.My SBI Credit Card no. is 5264 6853 2503 7370. The amount of Rs.7000/- (appx) was debited to my account.

I could not take up the matter earlier with you as I have misplaced the documents and could not lay my hands on them.The papers are recovered during white wash in Jun,2012 only.

This is a gross deficiency of service on your part and you are liable to compansate me on this financial and mental harrasment. I am a senior citizen of 70 years age.In case no compansation is received I will take up the m,atter to the Consumer Court/Cell for redresal of my loss.
