Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am Sanjay Lala of Sital Ganga Bhawan, Hill colony, P.O.-Kulti, Dist.- Burdwan, West Bengal, Pin Code- 713343, have purchased Back hoe loader tata 315v on 6.03.09 from P.S Earth Movers.
They have allotted me new machine engine no-315v 6412,chasis no-JRZ 847619 as per first agreement, instead they gave me another used machine engine no-315v 6207 chasis no-HRZ 846031. During that time dealer did not give any documents.0nly insurance paper shows engine no-tata 315v 6412,chasis no.-JRZ-847619.On my personal request they have given me papers after 8 months later.but I was astonished to see the papers and documents that engine no,chasis no, different.and financer did not give any documents like agreement paper,sanction letter,delivery order copies by requested several time in telephone,physically,written letter to financer office.but all process in vain.
I have been getting many problems with this used machine from the beginning, the machine never run in proper way, frequent breakdowns due to FNR,ELECTRICA L PROBLEM,WHEEL LOCK OFF AND ON.
Whenever I registered complain through writing and telephonically, engineers came as per warranty but never fixed the problems correctly resulted I had incurred commercial loss due to debit notes raised by the clients. This machine has made my life horrible both from mentally and physically due to problems occurred frequently and my family has been suffering since I have provided this faulty machine.

I had sold my house properties in order to run this machine and took loan from relatives to pay the installments as myfinancial position is very poor.
I have paid Rs.460000/- as down payment then installment Rs.50000/-p.m. total paid Rs.11,12000/-.but I have noticed on agreement paper that machine is 2nd hand and cost is 1198004/-.(financer name is SREI EQUIPMENT) . The financer also have done falsification with me.
Sir, I would like to know details of these two machines . like
1. Manufacturing date
2.makers name,
3.model,type of body.
4.whom it supply and when.
5.classification.
6.engine,chasis nos.
7.Colour.
I have full faith on you that you will help in this vital case. Trust you will send me all required information regarding these two machines; otherwise I will remain in dark forever.
