Dear Sir,
I had purchased 5 in 1 air sofa cum bed from shop4you online. I paid the amount through net banking. I received the product and found there was deffect in the product. So I contacted Mr. Yusuf from shop4you co. as per his advise I sent the product through courier service to Delhi. He assured to deliver as soon as he received the damaged product. But regret to say that almost 5 months passed I could not received the new product from the co. They received the damaged product on 05/10/12 (Mr. Yusuf confirmed that he has received the product) but still I have not received the new product. I tried so many times to contact the co. on the phone no. mentioned in the site but the returm message comes as the phone no. you have dialed is switched off. That no. is 08860703660. Please advise me what to do.
