i had ordered a samsung Star 3 Mobile Phone Duos S5222 (Modern Black) of Rs. 4848 on 22rd of march2012. After 2 months order status changed payment refund pending.I have called to company several time and registered complaint but they only say that after 4 working days i get the refund but it is 3 months gone but i didn’t get the refund.

kindly take action on that.
