49 rupees deducted

Name of company/service: tata docomo

Dear docomo,i am indrajith, i am using my number from about 3 years my number is 8089691012(kerala)today(04/12/2012) i recharged my account with 100 rupees.. And while i am using facebook. I got a message that 49 rupees deducted for image value pack.. The customer care executives are trying to rule me..I want my money back.. Plz its more valuble for me.Plz refund it..In every place CUSTOMER IS KING is correct exept in the case of docomo
